PENGARUH KELANCARAN DAN KEAMANAN BERTRANSAKSI NONTUNAI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGGUNA QUICK RESPONSE CODE INDONESIAN STANDARD (QRIS) APLIKASI BSI MOBILE PADA PELAKU UMKM BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KCP DIPONEGORO 2 SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the smoothness and security of non-cash transactions on the increase in users of the quick response code Indonesian standard (qris) BSI mobile application among MSMEs at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya. The research object is MSMEs who are customers assisted by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya.The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the smoothness and security of non-cash transactions on the increase in users of the Indonesian Standard (QRIS) Quick Response Code (QRIS) BSI mobile application among of Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya. . Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to BSI Diponegoro 2 Surabaya UKMKM coaching customers with a sample of 60 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was then processed using IBM SPSS 27 software. The analysis used included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing.The results of this research show that fluency has a significant effect on users (QRIS) of the BSI Mobile application. Security has a significant effect on users (QRIS) of the BSI Mobile application. Smoothness and security have a significant impact on users of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) BSI Mobile application for at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya.
