Publication Ethics

Nepi Jurnal Pendidikan is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics in the publication of scholarly articles. All parties involved in the publishing process—authors, editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher—are expected to act in accordance with the following ethical standards:

1. Responsibilities of Authors:
   - Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is original and free from plagiarism.
   - Data Reporting: Research data must be reported accurately. Fabrication and falsification of data are unacceptable.
   - Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their research.

2. Responsibilities of Editors:
   - Fairness and Objectivity: Editors must evaluate manuscripts solely on their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
   - Confidentiality: Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not disclose any information about a manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, and the publisher.

3. Responsibilities of Peer Reviewers:
   - Confidentiality: Any manuscript received for review must be treated as a confidential document.
   - Standards of Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
   - Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their review.

4. Responsibilities of the Publisher:
   - Integrity in Publishing: The publisher is committed to ensuring that the publication process at Nepi Jurnal Pendidikan is conducted with the highest ethical standards and without undue commercial or political influence.
